Capturing Earth's Beauty: A Heartfelt Journey with Inez Photography

Hello, friends and fellow nature lovers! Today, I want to share something close to my heart and invite you to join me in a journey that’s about more than just art; it’s about making a difference for the world we live in. When I started Inez Photography , I had a dream—not just to capture beautiful moments in nature, but to inspire others to see our planet’s beauty and feel moved to protect it. Each photo I take is more than a snapshot; it’s a piece of my soul and a tribute to this world that gives us so much. My mission with Inez Photography is to connect people to nature, to spark a deep appreciation for the wild places and creatures that make this planet extraordinary, and to inspire a commitment to conservation. To support this dream, I’ve created a space on Fine Art America and RedBubble . These websites are my digital galleries, where you can see the images that I’ve captured, from serene landscapes to dynamic wildlife moments. But more than that, they’re the bridge that al...

A Journey of Passion and Purpose: Supporting My Photography Dream

Hello, dear readers! Today, I want to share something deeply personal with you: my journey as a photographer and the steps I’m taking to turn my passion into a sustainable reality. As many of you know, I’ve always found solace and inspiration in nature, capturing its beauty through my lens. This journey has not only been about photography but also about healing, connection, and a mission to advocate for our planet. Last month, I started a GoFundMe campaign to support my efforts in wildlife and landscape photography. This initiative aims to help cover essential costs like equipment, travel expenses to reach breathtaking locations, and resources needed to showcase my work. Why GoFundMe? You might wonder why I chose this route. The truth is, my passion for photography has been a constant source of healing for me, especially during tough times. It’s a way to honor the memories of my father, who inspired my love for capturing moments in nature. Every photo I take is a tribute to his le...

Behind the Lens: A Day in the Life of a Nature Photographer

A Glimpse Into My World Being a nature photographer means no two days are the same. There's no fixed routine, but there’s a flow that I’ve come to love—mornings spent in stillness, long hikes into the wild, and waiting for that perfect moment to capture a fleeting scene. Today, I’m sharing a glimpse of what a typical day in the life of a nature photographer looks like. The Preparation Every adventure begins with preparation. Although I prefer a spontaneous approach, there’s a certain amount of research I do before heading out. I’ll scout locations, either by visiting them in advance or researching online, to ensure I have the best chances of finding wildlife or catching a stunning landscape shot. Weather is one of the most important factors—it shapes the lighting, mood, and overall outcome of each photo, so I always keep an eye on the forecast. Packing for the day is an art form. Depending on the environment, I use my Canon EOS Rebel T7 with an EF18-55mm and EF 75-300mm lens. My ca...

Welcome to My Journey

Welcome to My Journey: Capturing Earth's Beauty, One Image at a Time Hi, I'm Amanda, a passionate landscape and wildlife photographer, and the heart behind Inez Photography. Ever since I was a teenager, photography has been my way of connecting with nature, capturing the beauty of the world around me. My father introduced me to this art, and it quickly became not only a passion but also a source of peace and purpose. I focus on landscapes and wildlife because these moments in nature inspire me to slow down and appreciate the wonders of our planet. But my journey isn’t just about photography—it’s also deeply personal. A Little About What I Deal With I deal with anxiety, depression, and occasional seizures brought on by stress. These challenges don’t define me, but they shape how I see the world and express myself through my art. For me, being in nature is a form of healing. It brings a sense of peace and calm that helps me through the tough times. My photography is a reflectio...
